INCLUDE the corresponding letter for your appetizer/main choices for each person.
LASTLY - If you wish to curl or dine with other guests, please submit your reservation request together under ONE request.
If you have been fortunate enough to attend AND CURL at previous events, please consider dining only. If you want to curl but don't make that list - let us know if you are still happy to dine only. It still makes for a wonderful evening.
